(a) What are Cookies?
Cookies are files that store information on your hard drive or browser so this website can recognise that you have visited before. They make it easier for you to maintain your preferences on the website and by seeing how you use them we can tailor them around your preferences and measure usability of the website.
(b) How can I prevent Cookies being used?
You can disable the cookies from your browser and delete all cookies currently stored on your computer. You can find out how to do this for your particular browser by clicking "help" on your browser's menu or by visiting http://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/index.html.
If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through any of the websites features we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

2. Google Analytics
GOOGLE ANALYTICS These cookies are used to collect information (non-personal information) about how visitors use the website. We use the information to compile reports which improve the website.
3. Website settings
We set a number of cookies to allow your browser to remember our website style and content. This makes our website faster for you and it reduces the amount of data you download because you only download it once regardless of the number of visits. This is especially important on mobile phones and may save you money.
Another Cookie remembers your choices in removing the Cookie message and our welcome banner. If these were shown on every visit they would create more data to download and be generally irritating.
|These Cookies do not collect any personal information and can not be used to identify you. These are set for your convenience and nothing more.||Low||

For logged in customers: 2 days
4. Tracking Cookies
Our web server and website collects data about your visit. This data includes your IP address. Although your IP address can personally identify you there would need to be a very good reason to obtain this information and a court order would be required.
We are not interested in a specific users activity except where this behaviour is identified to be challenging our security, i.e a hacking attempt. Knowing the IP address of a visitor allows us to protect everyone from a malicious user who may be attempting to take our website offline or steal data. This evidential data can be provided to law enforcement to prosecute offenders.
When we look at all of the visitor data it is see how our visitors use our website collectively and this allows us to provide the content people want to see.
|These Cookies do not allow us to identify you without a court order. We use them for reasons of security and to understand the content people are interested in.||Med||
